Dot Micarta Intrepid - 1095 steel $85

This knife draws inspiration from my Intrepid series, with a sleek, modern blade profile featuring an upper swedge and decorative holes.

The handle is made from "Large Dot Micarta" —a professional-grade acrylic. It gives it a very modern look.

The steel is high-carbon 1095. Many professional makers stand by it—and it’s a favorite on shows like Forged in Fire—but I’ll be upfront: it’s not stainless, so it will rust without regular care.

While some folks say “just dry and oil it,” I believe honesty matters. If you love traditional high-carbon steel and don’t mind a little upkeep, this blade will serve you well.

It’s a beautiful, capable knife built with intention.
