Why is this knife called The Hebrew? The inspiration came years ago while watching a Bible film. One scene featured a blade with a distinctive handle—graceful in shape, rugged in spirit. It evoked the tools of ancient artisans—practical, enduring, and quietly beautiful. That silhouette became the foundation for this design.
The handle blends ancient reverence with modern craft. African Leopard wood forms the body, its bold figuring offset by double bolsters of Lacewood and deep red African Bloodwood inlay—perhaps a subtle nod to covenant and sacrifice. All woods are stabilized for lasting beauty and resilience.
The blade is 440C stainless steel—sturdy, precise, and cut from the same premium stock as my top-tier knives. Its mid-point tip offers a balance between the grounding stability of flat chef’s blades and the fluid arc of curved designs—mirroring the harmony of form and function found in traditional Hebrew craftsmanship.
This knife isn’t just shaped by history—it carries its echo.
